Canadian soulful singer Lucas DiPasquale recently filmed the video for his second single “No Talking” from his debut EP “Post Secondary” featuring dancehall star Popcaan. The music video was premiered on Fader.
“Obviously it’s been an honor to work with an artist like Popcaan, considering how much he’s doing and how talented he is, but the song is also getting a lot of love in Jamaica and that makes me feel very fortunate. Shooting the video was mad. I’m still a fan so it was crazy for me,” stated Lucas.
Produced by acclaimed Stephen McGregor (Sean Paul, Bounty Killer) and renowned Mojam (Sam Smith, Emeli Sande) and recorded in Toronto, London (UK) and at the infamous Tuff Gong Studios in Jamaica, Post-Secondary EP has four original tracks plus a special acoustic remix at Tuff Gong and features such of the biggest names in dancehall namely Popcaan, Konshens, Assassin aka Agent Sasco, Stylo G and Kardinal Offishall.
