Jamaican Scammer Argues With Potential Client "Raascl**t.. What's wrong with you?" - Listen Audio

Jamaican Scammer Argues With Potential Client

A suspected Jamaican scammer got infuriated when his attempts to swindle money from someone proved futile. The humorous phone call between the scammer and the potential client who seems to be someone who targets scammers online has been garnering attention.

During the phone call, the scammer told the recipient, who speaks like an elderly woman with a foreign accent, that he would instruct her on what to do. "I'm gonna tell you what to write," he said repeatedly after asking if she had $200, which had apparently been discussed previously.

The recipient proceeds to repeat his words as if she is taking notes instead of waiting for the actual instruction, which is to write down the word "vanilla." The scammer reacted by shouting, "Hello! Lord God. You don't need to write that. Raascl**t... What's wrong with you?"

The female voice inquires if she should write "vanilla," prompting the irate Jamaican to say, "That's the only thing you should write. It seems like everything I say to you, you write down. You're wasting my time."

The female responds by repeating what he says once more as if writing it down, which prompts the scammer to utter an expletive and the call disconnects. Later in the audio, the female rambles about the phone being accidentally disconnected, prompting the man to shout at her, telling her to listen to him.

American Streamer Who Was Reportedly Kidnapped in Haiti Freed; Accused of Staging Kidnapping

American Streamer Who Was Reportedly Kidnapped in Haiti Freed; Accused of Staging Kidnapping

An American streamer who was reportedly kidnapped during an attempt to meet gang members in Haiti has been freed based on his latest social media posts.

According to reports, streamer Addison Pierre Maalouf had travelled to Haiti amid the US's ongoing travel advisory urging its citizens not to visit the country.

Maalouf was reportedly held captive by a Haitian gang for over two weeks after he and an associate were kidnapped while trying to interview a gang leader.

Following reports that the gang was demanding a ransom to release Maalouf, the content creator announced on his Twitter/X page on Saturday that he had been released.

"Cameraman never dies. I’ve been released. Glory be to God. Christ is King," Maalouf stated.

https://twitter.com/YourFellowArab/status/1774119941848867080

In a subsequent post, the streamer further expressed his gratitude to God for his freedom. While he said he would not be able to give details until he was home, Maalouf accused his Haitian captors of kidnapping him because of his skin colour.

"I was kidnapped purely for the color of my skin. I was kidnapped for being a “Blanc”. Can’t give any more detail till I’m home, but all I will say for now is - Glory be to God. Released between Good Friday & Easter, Christ is King," Maalouf wrote.

https://twitter.com/YourFellowArab/status/1774122087172497737

While many of his fans expressed relief that he was released, his story has already attracted doubt as social media users question its authenticity.

"yeah this whole thing is scripted," one X user wrote.

Reacting to the accusations that Maalouf faked his kidnapping, his brother, Lalem, who is also a streamer, shared a photograph showcasing the candles his mother has used while praying for her son's return.

In a previous post, Lalem seemingly suggested that the negotiation process for Maalouf was filmed and they would be sharing it.

Marion Hall Consecrates Her New Church Ahead of First Service - Watch Video

As she prepares for her first Sunday service, former Dancehall artiste Lady Saw now Minister Marion Hall has consecrated the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, building that will be the home of her ministry.

Hall stepped away from Dancehall in 2015 and went on to begin a career as a gospel artiste. She was later ordained as a minister in Jamaica in 2018 and has been preaching via social media for the last few years.

After a lengthy search for a location to house her ministry, Hall recently acquired a property for her church, the Holy Ghost Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ, with its first Sunday service expected to take place tomorrow.

In an Instagram post on Saturday, the I Won't Worry singer wished her supporters a happy Sabbath and expressed in the caption that she is working hard to get the church ready in time for a service tomorrow.

"Happy sabbath people of God. I’m doing my best to get the church building ready for me to preach a sermon tomorrow, but let’s see how the rest of the day goes," Hall wrote.

In a short video, Hall shared that they would be adding the carpeting to the building today and ensured to bless the building with consecrated olive oil before they did.

While showcasing the carpet fitters at work, Hall expressed that her supporters will love the church once it is completed.

WATCH: River Rafting Massages Getting Out of Hand?

WATCH: River Rafting Massages Getting Out of Hand?

The river rafting business hit a new high in Summer 2023 when they started offering limestone massages to female customers. The target audience seemed to mainly be foreign women who come to the island on vacation, either alone or with friends. Almost a year later, river rafting activities are still booming.

However, is the popular business venture getting out of hand as new footage from two different river rafting escapades showcasing some pretty explicit scenes?

The first video shows a bearded rafter in his Jamaican colours and a Crocs paying diligent attention to a 'thickaz' who was on her knees in front of him in what many know as the 'backaz' sex position. The woman was wearing a top and swimsuit bottoms that left her huge butt on display.

The rafter massages her butt which is covered in limestone and the angle of the camera and her position shows her barely covered vagina in slow motion as the song Enchanting by Vybz Kartel plays in the background.

A second video shows another rafter massaging a woman who is on her back with her legs in the air. He then changes positions to kneel between her legs as he gets really close to her private area with his hands but moves on quickly.

In the video, the man is asked if he went to school to learn how to give limestone massages to which the man just shakes his head, prompting the man to call him "naturally talented."

The videos were uploaded to Instagram where the question was posed, "Would you allow your woman to get a body massage from a rafter in Jamaica?"

Someone replied to the question by stating, "A real man wouldn't allow this... and a respectable woman wouldn't allow this neither."

Someone else wrote, "...when did this canal turn into the Jamaican version of PornHub," while a third person said, "I think this is too much...and how professional are these men, that they will know how to control themselves..."

'Bunny' Shaw Scores Twice in Man-City's 4-1 Lashing of Liverpool: Spectacular First Goal - Video

'Bunny' Shaw Scores Twice in Man-City's 4-1 Lashing of Liverpool: Spectacular First Goal - Video

Manchester City triumphed over Liverpool on Saturday, March 30 with a 4-1 victory, propelling them to the pinnacle of the WSL standings. The match, a showcase of talent and strategy, was particularly illuminated by Khadija Shaw's exceptional performance, which included a remarkable 25-yard strike, contributing significantly to her lead in the WSL Golden Boot race.

Despite Liverpool's initial pressure that limited City to 35% possession in the first 10 minutes, the tide turned when Lauren Hemp capitalized on a loose ball in the box, scoring the opening goal in the 16th minute. The momentum continued as Jess Park extended the lead with a precise shot from the edge of the penalty area, following an assist from Mary Fowler.

Manchester City's dominance was further asserted by Shaw's stunning long-range goal, leaving Liverpool scrambling. Even though Liverpool's manager, Matt Beard, introduced three new players after halftime in a bid to reverse the game's trajectory, Shaw's prowess was undeniable as she netted her second goal with a header.

Despite a late consolation goal for Liverpool, resulting from Taylor Hinds' long-range effort that deflected off the crossbar and Khiara Keating, Manchester City emerged with a crucial three-point lead in the league. With only four matches remaining, City's sights are firmly set on maintaining their top spot as they head into the international break.

After scoring the goals, Bunny Shaw took to Instagram to celebrate the accomplishment, she wrote, "Happy Easter from yours truly 🤭 🐰 . God is able 🙏🏾," as the caption for a slide that has multiple pictures of her celebrations.

7 Biggest Stories in Jamaica: March 2024

7 Biggest Stories in Jamaica: March 2024

With every month, there are new trending stories that leave a lasting impression on Jamaicans and March is no different. From celebrating new life with the birth of Miss Kitty's baby girl to shining the spotlight on the brilliance of Champs 2024, we take a look back at stores that made rounds online.

This top ten list was curated by yardhype.com. The following list will contain seven of this month's biggest stories in order of which took place first.

1. Miss Kitty Gives Birth

Starting off our list, Khadine Hylton (Mrs. Wilkinson) popularly known as Miss Kitty shocked the country with one news after the other, first her marriage, and then her pregnancy. She then shared her pregnancy journey with the public (November 2023) with the baby's gender reveal in January 2024, and celebrating her daughter's birth on March 5, 2024.

Initially, the public had suspicions of a rushed wedding because they believed the lawyer was pregnant, and while we are unsure the wedding was rushed due to this reason, the pregnancy rumours turned out to be true. However, many shared their congratulations on the birth of her baby girl and her first steps into motherhood.

2. Spice Defends Shenseea On Baddies Caribbean Audition

Next up is the video of Spice defending Shenseea. Despite the alleged 'beef' between Dancehall artistes Shenseea and Spice, during an episode of the new reality show Baddies Caribbean (on which they are both judges), Spice stepped up to defend her fellow Jamaican woman when a contestant attacked Shenseea at the auditions.

The contestant expressed her dislike for "bi**hes like you" and proceeded to throw a microphone and Spice reacted by rushing the contestant, however, they were kept apart by security.

3. Baby Stolen From KPH

Closely following is the news of a woman in a wheelchair almost losing her baby for good at the Kingston Public Hospital when someone approached her under the guise of offering assistance only to abscond with the mother's eleven-day-old baby girl.

Reports stated that the suspect had made friends with the couple before the incident took place. The baby was later found in Dunkirk, East Kingston.

4. Juliet Holness Saga

Number four on the list is the Juliet Holness House Speaker saga. The leader of the PNP (People's National Party) and the leader of the JLP (Jamaica Labour Party) presented their arguments in the 24/25 budget debate, and drama ensued.

At the recent parliamentary debate, the opposition leader, Mark Golding, seemed to imply that there has been some conspiracy to have the current Prime Minister's wife sworn in as the house speaker.

However, Holness defended his wife who was the deputy house speaker before being sworn in and poked holes into Golding's statements by showing proof that no one (including Golding) had any objections when Mrs. Holness was being sworn in and that the drama was just some form of diversion tactic.

5. Champs 2024

The annual ISSA/Grace Kennedy Boys and Girls Championships took place from Tuesday, March 19, to Saturday, March 23, and concluded with a spectacular win by all boys school Kingston College, and Co-ed Edwin Allen High School.

This year's win represents KC's third consecutive win of the champs title, while Edwin Allen girls track team dominated the track to steal Hydel's throne.

6. Police Kill Man in St. Catherine (cover up?)

When the shocking footage of a seemingly unarmed man being killed by members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) surfaced online, public outrage surged as citizens disputed the Police's statements that the individual was killed during a shootout with law enforcers.

Discrepancies in the police's report were noted as it was mentioned that the incident happened at night and that the deceased, Romario Sterling, was shooting at the police. Video evidence supports the family's claim that the victim was unarmed and cooperating when he was gunned down in cold blood. The incident is being investigated by INDECOM.

7. Whisper & GF's Gender Reveal Party

Closing out our list is the controversy of footballer Dujuan Richards, known by the nickname Whisper, having a baby with his girlfriend. The news became public when footage of the gender reveal party was uploaded to social media.

Many are on the fence about the news as Whisper is only 18 years old and they believe he is still too young to be expecting a child. However, others are in support of him, some stating that fatherhood will keep him on the right track and that he is financially stable enough to become a parent.

Honourable Mentions

Some stories that also created a buzz but did not make it on the list would be Queenie and Dowey's reunion, the restaurant chain Juici Patties opening a branch in the U.S. (United States), the Jayden Saga where the TikToker received backlash for making a joke about dating 12-year-old girls, and the 'funeral party' that saw people whining on each other as if at a dance party.

Damion Crawford Gives Intense Speech Sparking Several Arguments - Video

Damion Crawford Gives Intense Speech Sparking Several Arguments - Video

Senator Damion O. Crawford, a member of the opposition, publicly criticized the current administration's strategies and results, particularly in handling crime and the education sector. His remarks, now widely circulated in a video, highlight a series of perceived failures by the ruling government.

Critique of Jamaica's Crime Management Strategies

In his speech that was uploaded online on March 29, Crawford expressed disillusionment with the government's persistent use of security measures, specifically the implementation of states of emergency across the island, which he argues have not yielded the intended results. Initially supportive of the government's approach, Crawford's stance has shifted due to what he sees as the ineffectiveness of these measures in curbing crime.

He accused the ruling administration of manipulating crime statistics, "numbers being fudged" a practice he claims is done to mislead the public, notably the claim was denounced in the House of Representatives by the JLP. Despite the government's increased expenditure on combating crime and violence compared to previous administrations, Crawford argues that the outcomes have not been proportional to the investment, labelling the government's actions in this area as "unacceptable."

The Issue of Law Enforcement Remuneration

A significant point of concern for Crawford is the compensation for law enforcement officers. He suggests that the low wages for police personnel are a contributing factor to the rising violence across Jamaica, indicating a need for a reevaluation of how law enforcers are rewarded for their service, especially for working overtime and working during a state of emergency.

Education Sector Concerns

Shifting his critique to the education sector, Crawford highlighted a troubling trend where students are graduating without the necessary qualifications to secure decent employment, including positions within the police force. He suggests that the current education system is inadvertently preparing students for a life of crime rather than offering them a pathway to constructive and lawful careers.

A Call for Accountability

Throughout his address, Crawford emphasized the need for the government to be held accountable for its policies and their outcomes. By pointing out the deficiencies in the current approaches to crime and education, he calls for a reevaluation of strategies to ensure they truly benefit the Jamaican populace.
