White, who moved to America from Ireland in 2009, began dating Carrey in 2012 and by March of the following year, they had broken up. They reunited again in May of this year. According to reports, the two had recently broken up for the second time.
On September 24th, Cathriona left a cryptic message on her Twitter account that some believe could have been referencing thoughts of suicide. “Signing off Twitter, I hope I have been a light to my nearest and dearest,” she tweeted. Sources tell TMZ that a suicide note referring to Jim Carrey and their break up was also found on the scene.
The LAPD coroner’s office says that an examination of White’s body is due to be carried out tomorrow morning. So far it is believed Cathriona White died of a drug overdose.

According to the BBC, Prime Minister David Cameron, who arrived in Jamaica today announced the plans before he left England for Jamaica.
The new penal facility is expected to house more than 600 Jamaican nationals who are in prisons in the United Kingdom but cannot be deported because of unavailable spaces in the island’s penal facilities.
Just last month Security Minister Peter Bunting announced that the government has plans to build a new penal facility that could cost up to J$10 billion.
That facility is expected to house between 1,500 and 2,000 prisoners.
It would replace the Tower Street and St Catherine adult correctional centres.

Jah Cure arrested in Trinidad
According to the Trinidad Guardian, the 36-year-old performer was arrested by marshals of the Port -of-Spain High Court after completing his performance at a show at the O2 Park in Chaguaramas on Sunday night.
Alcock, who has been a regular fixture on the local entertainment scene was brought to the Hall of Justice around 1 am.
After lengthy discussions between his lawyer Mario Merritt and attorneys for the local promoter who he owes over TT $83,000 in performance fees for a concert that did not materialise, Alcock was allowed to go free.
The T&T Guardian understands that Alcock was able to pay US$6000 in cash to the court and agreed to pay the remainder by this evening.
Alcock is expected to return to court tomorrow morning to report to Justice James Aboud if he was able to meet the deadline.
In July dancehall artist Reano Busy Signal Gordon was arrested before performing in a concert after a promoter sought emergency court intervention over an unpaid US $37000 debt.
He too was able to negotiate an agreement and was later allowed to leave the country.

UK Prime Minister "David Cameron" to visit Jamaica today
Last week the government said it was expecting two special guests to the island between September 29 and October 1.
In a release this morning, the OPM said Cameron will arrive on Tuesday afternoon and depart the island on Wednesday.
Though it is only a short trip, the British Prime Minister has a packed itinerary. He has a number of stops to make and things to do including a floral tribute in honour of World Wars I and II soldiers and a dinner reception with members of the Jamaican Government.

The surprise project, which was announced a day before its release, moved 375,000 equivalent album units in its first week. Of that total, 334,000 were pure album sales, reports Billboard. While strong, the numbers are less than the 500,000 industry experts had initially predicted.
This marks a return to the winner’s circle for both rappers this year. Drake’s mixtape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late reached No. 1, as did Future’s DS2 LP. The last time a rapper scored two No. 1s in a year was Jay Z back in 2004.

Jody-Kay, who teaches at the St Andrew Technical High School, walked away with a total of 11 prizes including $1 million, a development contract with the Ashe Performing Arts Company, tickets from Fly Jamaica, a record deal, an album distribution deal, and a Huawei smartphone.
Jody-Kay’s journey to the top was not without stiff competition from second-place winner Marsha-K. She was initially denied a spot in the Top 10, but was brought back into the competition as judge Conroy Wilson’s wildcard. She secured her spot weekly with what the judges described as “convincing performances” and her “pleasantly raspy vocals.”
Marsha K goes home with $600,000, a Huawei smartphone, and a development contract from the Ashe Company.
Third-place winner Anna Maria went home last week with $400,000.
Various talents
Leading up to the grand announcement minutes after 10 p.m., the stage was graced by various talents including the competition’s biggest names thus far, 2005 winner, Christopher Martin and 2007 winner, Romain Virgo. Other acts for the night included last year’s winner, T-Rizzy as well as Vanessa Bling, Kelissa and Devin Di Dakta.
Before the winner was announced, the chill room host, Sanjay, asked Jody-Kay what she would do if she won the million dollars, she said, “I’d take myself back to Pandora’s Spa, definitely further my education and set up my mama too.”
When host Terri-Karelle Reid announced Jody-Kay as the winner, she said through a shaky voice and tears running down her face, “I feel honoured. It was all up to Jamaica and they believed in me.”

US Athletes don"t want to Drink Gatorade with Usain Bolt"s Image
For long, rumours circulated that members of the United States team, which participated in the World Championships in Beijing, China last month, refused to even take a sip of the sport energy fluid Gatorade, all because Bolt advertises the product and the producers of the commodity proudly display the Trelawny-born’s photograph on certain bottles.
Now, the Jamaica Administrative Athletics Association (JAAA) has confirmed earlier talk that the USA squad members flatly decided against even taking a sip.
“That’s a fact. It happened that way,” the JAAA’s Media Officer Dennis Gordon told journalists during a Jamaica Observer Press Club discussion at the newspaper’s offices in St Andrew on Friday.
Teams from Jamaica and the USA stayed at the same Kuntai Hotel in Beijing, approximately one hour from the Bird’s Nest Stadium, and the rivalry spilled over from the track to the hotel, leading to the Jamaicans being called hooligans, Jamaican officials said.
“The hype going into the 100m final suggested that (Justin) Gatlin would have triumphed. On the bus, they were chanting USA! USA! Coming back, after Bolt’s victory, our athletes took them on and were singing ‘We are the champions of the world’, and it never went over well with them,” Gordon pointed out.
Bolt, 29, who is the fastest man in history and the greatest sprinter of all time, had struggled with injury all season leading up to Beijing, while Gatlin went into the championship on the back of a 29-race unbeaten streak and high on confidence of toppling the Jamaican supremo.
For the first time in over seven years a final had been billed as the battle for the soul of athletics. Bolt has never failed a drug test, while Gatlin has twice been banned for doping, so the match-up between the two was dubbed as a showdown between good and evil.
But more importantly, it was Jamaica taking on the mighty USA in yet another battle to determine the true sprinting kingdom.
To Gatlin’s and the Americans’ shock, Bolt won in a nail-biting 9.79 seconds, edging his pretender into second position, just one hundredth of a second back in 9.80 seconds.
While the thousands of spectators were celebrating yet another remarkable achievement for Bolt, Kuntai Hotel erupted in wild celebration from the Jamaicans, who shouted, jumped and cheered.
“The athletes who were at the hotel watching had an outburst and they (Americans) complained that they don’t want to share hotel with us anymore because we are hooligans,” revealed Gordon.
“But the night when (Ashton) Eaton broke the world record in the decathlon, they (the Americans) assembled in the hallway and greeted him with one big cheer and we were not offended,” he added.
“So they said that all the Gatorade that had Bolt’s picture on it, they are not going to drink it. So we said, give it to us. I don’t know what they did, but they didn’t drink it,” said Gordon.
Meanwhile, after a series of interviews in the mixed zone following the 100m triumph, Bolt took his last sip of a bottle of Gatorade and playfully threw the empty bottle in the direction of a Jamaican media worker, and indicated at the same time that the Americans refused to consume the replenishing drink.
A young female Chinese volunteer snatched the empty bottle that the fastest man ever had just drank from. She was ecstatic.
Bolt, who also has international endorsements with Puma and Hublot watches, is said to receive between £2 million and £3 million a year from Gatorade, and is said to receive a bonus every time he is pictured sipping the drink.
Jamaica, with a population of approximately 2.8 million, for the first time since the IAAF World Championships started in 1983, finished ahead of the USA, with a population of approximately 320 million, on the medals table.
With Bolt winning three gold, Jamaica ended with 12 medals overall — seven gold, two silver, and three bronze — to be second behind Kenya, with the Americans back in third.
The rivalry between the two countries has intensified since 2008 when Bolt and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce became the fastest human beings and Jamaica took over the title as the sprint capital of the world. The Americans have tried unsuccessfully for the last seven years to reclaim the throne.

Vershon threathened after incident
The artiste, who recently gained relative popularity for the single, Inna Real Life, produced by Cashflow Records, says persons using a fake Facebook profile have accepted money from promoters and sound systems, pretending to be members of his management team.
“This seems to have been going on for a while now, but it was someone from Costa Rica (who) brought it to my attention after he said he sent money to someone in Spanish Town for dubs and he couldn’t get the dubs. He even took a screenshot of the transaction and sent it to me,” an upset Vershon said.
The singjay even claimed that his life is being threatened by victims of the social-media scam.
“Even a selector from New York, who had a similar experience, contacted me about it. This is causing a lot of problems for me. But I try to do the dubs just to solve the problems. On top of that I have been receiving threats from persons who said they paid money to this person or that person and not getting what they paid for,” he said.

Popular dancehall producer Notnice recently warned promoters and sound system operators to avoid doing business transactions over social media, after he and his label were brought under scrutiny by persons who had been scammed on Facebook.
On the brighter side, one man was recently hauled before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court for collecting money by false pretense. It is said that the man pretended to be the fiancee of dancehall artiste Gully Bop and falsely collected money from promoters in Canada for shows.
However, Gully Bop is just one of several artistes who have faced a similar issue with scamming. Other victims include Potential Kidd, Demarco, Khago, Cashflow Neil, QQ and Busy Signal.
Vershon is also known for singles like Boom and Rough Up the World. His latest singles include You So Hungry for Frenz For Real and Tun it Up Ya Now for TJ Records.

Fetty Wap now released from hospital after Motorcycle Accident
Fetty Wap got seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in is hometown of Paterson, New Jersey.
TMZ reported that the incident happened on Saturday afternoon when the rapper was riding on his motorcycle and collided with an oncoming car as he attempted to pass another one.
The state of his injuries are unknown but photos circulating on Twitter show the “Trap Queen” rapper laying on the ground unconscious. Another photo show paramedics loading him into an ambulance and it appears as if he was sitting up.
Latest reports are statimg that the rapper was treated and released from hospital.

Even the death of Rita’s father and Aunt who also died very suspiciously under Rita’s control and performance in establishing ‘Rita Marley’s Music’ which was confiscated by the USA Government after she was being tried along with her lawyer David Steinberg and Marvin Zolt her accountant respectively, when all previous Robert Marley’s wealth of US $30,000,000 given to Rita by Don Taylor to divide among and passed on to Robert Marley’s children and family, which Rita didn’t, and ended up being tried in the USA for these vicious crimes committed by Rita and her accomplices including her Jamaican lawyer Mr. Michael Hylton in the confiscation of Robert Marley’s wealth and is still suspiciously watched by the government of the USA. Therefore Chris Blackwell and Rita are vicious criminals in as far as their actions surrounding these mentioned activities and people are concerned. It is therefore now the time for these people to be stopped before they are allowed to commit more vicious crimes of murder and otherwise in Africa and to Africans home and abroad. They must all be stopped and put away permanently.
Myself and Robert had already belonged to a family with my father Mr. Thaddeus Livingston and Robert’s mother, Mrs. Malcolm Booker, prior to her bing married and having a daughter named Pearl Livingston of whom I, Bunny Wailer and Robert Nesta Marley O.M. are Pearl’s brothers prior both Robert and myself becoming ‘The Wailers’ in 1964 professionally working with ‘Coxon Studio 1′ respectively. It wasn’t until The Wailers started to work for ‘Coxon Studio 1′ in 1964 that Robert, Peter and myself Bunny, “The Wailers” were then acquainted to Rita just having a baby named Sharon feeding from her mother Rita’s breast while still inviting a member of ‘The Wailers’ Peter Tosh to her Rita’s s**ual activities. Then afterwards it was Robert having returned from the USA in 1966 after being married to Rita who tried to invite Robert and even myself Bunny to be the father of Cedella, whom in reality was Mortimo Planno’s child. Robert in his frustration surrounding Cedella, and with I also being counted as her dad already set by Rita and Planno, before I Bunny Wailer returned from Richmond Farm Prison in September 1968. Robert confused by Rita’s performance with her daughter Cedella, scared Robert into complete frustration, making him to remove his dreadlocks from his head and threw both the ring, marriage certificate and his trimmed dreadlocks, that he Robert removed from his head, into the Caribbean Sea which I, Bunny Wailer hold as facts, until Rita have proven otherwise for I, Bunny Wailer to believe that she Rita is still a Marley.

It has also been brought to my attention of Rita focusing her evil plans on Ethiopia, but I would like for Ethiopia to know Rita’s deep and criminal intentions of associating herself with Lord Christopher Blackwell to do so many wrong things in their relationship with Africa, that makes me to wonder whats next.

Beenie Man to release Album November 19th
Though he state that he is still still working on the project, Beenie Man says his new album will be released in just under two months time.

Rick Ross says 50 Cent set him up
In Ross’ new lawsuit, he claims that Zamudio’s story is all false. His proof? The audio of the 911 call which was from hours later, during which he didn’t report any injuries, and spoke calm and clear to the dispatcher. In the original arrest report, Zamudio alleged that Ross beat him up so bad that he had to eat out of a straw. Ross also claims that Zamudio is in cahoots with 50 Cent, who has long been a rival of Rozay.
While this seems like a reach, it looks like there might be something behind the 50 and Zamudio connection. 50 actually posted a picture with him earlier this month, and in the caption he wrote, “Now You Pay.” Back in July, 50 cent lost a lawsuit against Ross’ child’s mother, and was ordered by a court to pay $5 million for leaking her sex tape in 2010. Ross claims that this Zamudio situation is all revenge for that.
Ross’ assault and kidnapping case is currently pending, but it looks like this isn’t even close to wrapping up.

Raine Seville set to host "Jus A Buss"... US TV show
The show, which will be aired for 30 minutes weekly, will pay special attention to the development of new talent and will also be a platform to expose their videos to various cities such as New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, among others.
According to Raine who recently released a video for the single Sweet Escape, she leapt at the opportunity when presented.
“When the CEO of CIN TV contacted me about the gig, I did not hesitate to take it because I believe it’s a great effort in helping to give exposure to artistes who are trying to build a name and brand. This position will also provide more exposure for me, being that it airs in the tri-state area.” Seville explained.
The owner of CIN TV, Stephen Hill, also commented on the partnership with the artiste. He believes she has the right package.
“I felt Raine was most fitting for the position because she is youthful, vibrant and she has a good following. She is familiar with the experiences of these emerging artistes, so it is relatable to her,” Hill told The WEEKEND STAR.
The first episode of Jus A Buss will be aired on Sunday, October 4. Emerging artistes can follow the CIN TV Facebook page or Raine Seville’s fan pages to get more information on the show.
Raine Seville has a bachelor’s degree in marketing/international business from the University of Technology.
