Gully Bop Talks His Side "Mi Nuh Hype Pon Nuh body" [Audio Rip]
Claim Records has severed ties with fast rising sensation Gully Bop because the dancehall deejay is reportedly too hype according to a representative of the label.
According to “Bling” who is one of the owners of company, Gully Bop is disrespectful.
Meanwhile, Gully Bop tells Music News that he’s on his own and was never in any contractual agreement. The Bop further explains that recording a song for a producer does not mean that you are owned by the individual.
The move by Claim Records has angered some fans on social media who questioned the label’s action asking why Gully Bop wasn’t axed before Sting.
Others claim that the label’s timing is a clear indication that Gully Bop was used.

Alison Hinds - Woman Is BAD
The Caribbean Queen, Alison Hinds is back and bringing the heat with her first titled track for 2015 “Woman Is Bad.”Woman Is B.A.D (Beautiful, Ambitious, Determined) is all about empowering and uplifting women across the globe. In recent months, Hinds has travelled to various countries to help further this message. As the BPW Barbados Ambassador she travelled to South Korea to perform as well as to speak on gender equality issues. On December 10, Alison was invited to perform at the UN Human Rights Concert in Guyana to help in putting an end to gender based violence.

Islamic group threatens to kill Sean Paul
An Islamic NGOI has called on the government to cancel a New Year’s Eve concert featuring Jamaican artist Sean Paul in Malé, after an online group threatened to kill the singer should he visit the Maldives.
According to the country’s independent news source, the NGO’s President said the ‘Tourist Arrival Countdown Show’ on December 31, would encourage youth to remain ignorant and sinful and said the state was “investing in destruction” by funding the show.
The country’s tourism ministry in an online posting yesterday assured that the show will go on, despite the threat against the artiste.
In the meantime, back home, there has been no confirmation from Sean Paul’s management team whether he will go ahead with the performance.
In a brief statement yesterday, Managing Director, Jerome Hamilton said they are currently in contact with all related parties concerning the concert to address the matter.
The death threat was posted online on December 25, in the form of a Youtube video, warning the 41-year-old artiste that he should not perform at a New Year’s Eve concert.
The video message carries the logo of a group which claims to consist of Maldivian jihadis, with links to Syria.
The threat which was written in the country’s local language, on a piece of paper that had the Islamic states flag on it, read quote: “if you visit the Maldives, the world will see your burnt and blood drenched dead body,” end quote.
Police in the Maldives have confirmed that they are investigating the video and said they will strengthen security at the football stadium where the concert is to take place.

Masicka and Demarco’s entourage got into a scuffle backstage during Major Mackerel’s set and it was chaos from then. Tommy Lee, Gage, Ryno, and Kiprich still clashed but not how it was intended. Kartel"s murder trial witness Killed
A key witness in Vybz Kartel murder trial was shot and killed in Portmore on Monday.
Sources confirmed that Damion “Ratty” Orrett was gunned down by armed thugs in Waterford, Portmore at around 9:00 a.m. on Monday.
Another man, who is not connected to Kartel’s trial, was also injured in the shooting.
There are still no words from police officers on whether or not his killing was linked to him being a witness in Kartel’s high profile murder trial.
Vybz Kartel, real name Adidja Palmer, was convicted for Clive “Lizard” Williams murder in March of this year. Over 20 witnesses took the stand to testify against the famed dancehall deejay.
