Goat Theif Captured in Clarendon - Watch Video

As per reports, on January 22, a man was caught trying to steal goats in a white Toyota Axio in Four Paths, Clarendon.

The perpetrator was reportedly captured by residents on Monday morning and handed over to the police after they arrived at the scene.

Footage of the suspect detained in the police service vehicle has surfaced online, showing a civilian inquiring about the location of his goat, which was presumed to have been stolen by the suspect.

Based on the information in the video, there was seemingly more than one suspect involved, one of whom fled the scene by running away from the vehicle. Three goats were discovered inside the abandoned car, along with a phone.

One goat was spotted hidden underneath the rare seat in the vehicle, and two others were seen in the trunk.

Man Reconsidering Wedding; Afraid Fianceé Who Earns More Will Boss Him Around After Marraige

A 28-year-old man, confused and afraid of the future, sought help from a well-known council, Dear Pastor, after his friends advised him that marrying a woman who earns more than him would lead to disaster.

The man detailed in a letter that he is in love with his fianceé and is to be married in Easter of next year, but due to some reservations from a few of his friends, he is now wondering if after marriage, his older and more well-paid wife, will start to push him around due to their wage difference.

It was mentioned that his fianceé is five years his senior and makes over 100,000 more monthly than what he earns at his current job. His friends stated that this will become a future issue as women who make more money than their male counterparts often feel the need to wear the pants in the relationship.

Although the couple have only been dating for a year, the woman is a church sister and they both think that it is time to get married and settle down. She does not have any children but has none-Christian sisters who are married with kids and she is getting anxious that she has neither of those things.

They have chosen the wedding venue, picked a ring, and are in the process of choosing a dress for his fianceé. The man stated he has always wanted to marry a virgin, and even though his fianceé has slept with two other men a couple of times, she was, "almost like a virgin, because she was not loose."

He is, however, worried that tying the knot will result in him being pushed around as time passes even tho he mentioned that he loves his fianceé and does not think he will be able to carry on without her in his life.

He posed the question to the pastor, asking if there was really anything wrong with marrying an older woman who makes more money.

28-Story Pinnacle Apartment Blocks in Jamaica Will be the Tallest in the Caribbean - Watch Video and See Photos

Upon the completion of the Pinnacle residential development project's four 28-story apartment blocks, St. James, Jamaica, will possess the tallest buildings in the Caribbean.

The Pinnacle residential development project, which is spearheaded by LCH Developments, officially broke ground over the weekend in Montego Bay, St. James. In addition to Prime Minister Andrew Holness, the ground-breaking ceremony was also attended by multiple other government officials, including Leader of the Opposition Mark Golding and Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett.

Holness expressed that the Pinnacle project was the beginning of a new level of real estate development for the country. The prime minister further highlighted the significant effect it will have on Jamaica’s brand in the hospitality market.

Time and time again, Shenseea demonstrates that her talents are not limited to the studio and that they, in fact, extend into the kitchen. This is where the entertainer graces fans with a glimpse of her life off the stage when she is simply making a delicious meal.

The latest glance into the personal life of the Blessed hitmaker showed her making creamy salmon with avocado mashed potatoes, and this episode was not short of her usual humour.

To kickstart the video, Shenseea displayed the salmon and gave a teasing introduction.
"Hey guys, my Sunday dinner will be creamy salmon with creamy mashed potato. You know everything creamy," she said and winked.

The Rebel artiste proceeded by seasoning the salmon and then showed how she cleaned her potatoes. Subsequently, she was seen wielding a knife as she chopped the potatoes and joked about cutting "a gyal."

After boiling the potatoes, she added a blend of ingredients to the potatoes before she proceeded to mash them.

The Foreplay artiste mind seemed to have strayed for a minute because one moment she was talking about how creamy the potatoes would be, and then she was moaning and stating, "The sound is giving flashbacks."

Jamaican Alex Powell Attains Pole Position in the F4 UAE Championship in Abu Dhabi

Jamaican Alex Powell claimed a pole position in the first race of Round 2 at the F4 United Arab Emirates Championship.

The eighth season of the championship kicked off this month and will conclude in February. Powell is currently competing in his debut season in the championship and races for the Italian motorsport team Prema Racing’ under the Indian motorsports team Mumbai Falcons Racing banner.

On Saturday, the driver, who is the cousin of retired Jamaican sprinter Asafa Powell, skillfully navigated the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi to secure the top spot in Q1 in the qualifying rounds. In addition to claiming a pole position in the championship, Powell also placed fourth in Q2.

Following his impressive displays on the track, the young racer shared his excitement to have claimed his first pole position with his supporters on Instagram.

“P2 in Race 1! Happy to get my first podium in F4, it’s another step in the right direction. Still lots of room for improvement so I’ll send it in Race 3 tomorrow! Let’s gooooo 💪🏼🙌🏼,” Powell wrote on Saturday.

Jamaicans Rally In Support Of Mitzie Against Munchie After Airport Drug Bust - Watch Videos

The Mitzie vs Munchie saga is making rounds on social media with daily updates. On January 18, news broke that a Jamaican woman was arrested at the Norman Manley International Airport following the discovery of 4.8 kilograms of cocaine in her luggage as she attempted to board a flight to the UK.

Since the arrest, many Jamaicans have reacted in support of the arrested female whose name is Mitzie Graham while calling out Munchie as the real criminal who should be arrested. As per Mitzie's son and social media, Munchie asked Mitzie to take several packages of Lasco milk and other items to the UK.

Mitzie was subsequently arrested and detained on reasonable suspicion for breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act after drugs were found in her possession at the airport.

As per a Gleaner news report, the drug discovered in the packages is estimated to be worth around US$144,000.

Unhappy with the arrest, dozens of Jamaicans lined up outside Munchie's residence in London to protest against her reported deeds. "Munchie cum out.. wicked gyal... drugs gyal come out... what a wicked raatid gyal... talk di truth and free Mitzie... justice Mitzie nuh deserve this," were some of the shouts by angry protesters.

After the protest, Mitzie's son went live to tell his mother's side of the story. According to the son, his mother initially checked the Lasco and said "this too heavy", however, she was convinced that the packages felt unusual because it was the rare larger version of the product.

The son went on to give more details about reactions from Munchie after his mother got arrested, he also made note that his mother made sure to make a video of the items that she was carrying overseas for the friend.

This time, according to MC Nuffy, Spice and her former 'spiritual adviser' cast an "obeah" spell on him years ago. Some people might have wondered what a day in the life of Drake looks like, and now they have witnessed it through a carefully documented video by the rapper. The video presented what was apparently an ordinary day for the megastar at his Toronto mansion, which is worth over $100 million.

The Canadian rapper kicked off the vlog by walking down a hallway inside the mansion. He came upon a showcase and carefully selected a wine glass, in which he subsequently mixed a cocktail.

After whipping up the drink in his private bar, the video later showed him gazing at the framed cover of his Nothing Was The Same album. He was later seen smoking and lounging on a settee, and then lying in front of the fireplace.

Before the video concluded, Drake was seen swimming in his large private pool, seemingly taking an ice bath, and diving into his skincare and hair routine. The video ended shortly after the rapper went to bed.

Shaneil Muir And Mother's Drama Continues With Leaked Voice Notes Plus Telling Statement - Listen Audio

The unravelling drama between Shaneil Muir and her mother has gotten worse as voice messages are leaked. These leaked voice notes apparently reveal mother Suzette Gilburn making disparaging remarks about her daughter while arguing.

The leaked voicenotes were shared on Instagram. A telling statement was also posted by seemingly one of Shaneil Muir's siblings. Notably, Shaneil and the @roxyblessedstylist who shared the telling message follow each other plus the voice recording appears a day after Shaneil talked about exposing her mother after she made a bad comment about her online.

The sibling sought to shed more light on the mother-daughter conflict and expose Gilburn for putting on a facade in public. In the profanity-filled audio recording, the woman, presumed to be Gilburn, criticised her daughter for still creating secular music despite saying she would change.

The woman also dragged her for her appearance by stating that since she is still in the secular world, she should have cosmetic surgery because she looks like Humpty Dumpty. Additionally, the second leaked audio consisted of the woman telling her daughter, "Mi a nuh yuh madda, a aunty big one a yuh mada. Gweh, go s**k yuh ma and gweh."

On the other hand, the written text shared states that Gilburn left her six children behind in Jamaica and led the public to believe that she only had one child (Shaneil Muir). Roxyblessedstylist continued by saying, "mi honestly nuh understand why we mother a gwaan so and a mek it seem like the likkle girl wicked."

According to roxyblessedstylist, Muir has aided her mother many times but, in the eyes of the public, acted like Muir had turned her back on her during her time of need.

RT Boss Proposes to Queenie During Interview, A'Mari Got Upset - Watch Interview

Social media personality and singer A'mari got into a fit of rage while on an interview, as spiritual advisor and dancehall artiste RT Boss got on one knee to propose to Queenie.

In 2022, A'mari and Queenie, also known as Queen Ladi Gangsta, were locked in an online feud that would later see the pair clashing at Sting. Following their clash, the entertainers put their differences aside, with RT Boss the individual behind their truce.

Amid the newly brokered peace, the controversial trio discussed the past rivalry and working together on music during an interview with Winford Williams of OnstageTV. While the beginning of the interview started well, with A'mari, Queenie, and RT complementing each other, things quickly took a drastic turn.

Following A'mari's accusation that RT owed her US$300, the Ben Ben deejay interrupted the interview and stunned those present as he got on one knee. As Queenie expressed shock, A'mari quickly interrupted RT's impromptu proposal.

In addition to criticising RT for wanting her to join his team but refusing to treat them as equals, A'mari also slapped the entertainer. Host Winford Williams, clearly confused, intervened, but A'mari went on to kick RT, prompting the deejay to momentarily flee the set.

A throwback video resurfaced on the internet of international star Nicki Minaj stepping back to give the then-new dancehall artiste Skillibeng the spotlight to shine during their performance in Budweiser, Toronto.

Performing in front of a jam-packed crowd, Skillibeng ignited the stage with their popular 2021 hit collaboration, 'Crocodile Teeth', a crowd favourite that had peaked at #100 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

With the Jamaican artiste being fairly new in the music after gaining popularity in 2019 for his breakthrough single, 'Brik Pan Brik', the Trinidadian rapper gave him her mic and stepped back to cheer him on while he engaged fans.

'Whap Whap,' another one of Skillibeng's hit singles created quite a stir among the crowd, with Minaj vibing to the mix on the sidelines while reenacting the hardcore gunman lyrics as she makes the "gun" sign with her fingers.

Nicki Minaj has always openly supported the dancehall culture and has collaborated with several Jamaican artistes. Some of these are: 'Hold Yuh' with Gyptian, 'Give It All To Me' with Movado, 'Likkle Miss' with Skeng, 'Fine Nine' featuring Spice and Pamputtae, among many others.

A'mari Preparing Her Body to Look "Like A Dolly Baby", Talks Seeing Gully Bop in a Vision, Weight Loss Journey and Queenie - Watch Interview

After missing her ex Gully Bop's funeral, Amari is now in Jamaica and discusses their relationship, her weight loss journey to get a slim body, and linking up with Queenie during an interview.

After having weight loss surgery, A'mari's physical appearance drastically changed from her previous look while dating Gully Bop several years ago. While the Neko singer flaunted her new body online last year, her dramatic transformation ignited concern from many viewers.

But as she did then, A'mari maintained that she is healthy in her interview. Speaking with the Jamaica Star, A'mari disclosed that she is currently 150 pounds.

In addition to highlighting that it was important not to regain all the weight that she had lost, A'mari also emphasised the importance of adapting to a new lifestyle. She said that it took her three years to lose weight and that it was easy to handle the criticism about her new look.

A'mari added that she is currently preparing her body for the “real A'mari.” A transformation, the Dutty Bungle singer said, will see her take on an even more slender appearance to imitate that of a “dolly baby.” Further speaking about her unique appearance, A'mari disclosed that she started getting her tattoos to cover the marks left after getting abused.

Highlighting that each tattoo represents something, A'mari shared the tattoo that she has of Gully Bop's middle name, Lee. While reflecting on Gully Bop's passing, A'mari expressed that his death felt like losing a part of her.

According to A'mari, she recently had a vision of Gully Bop, who appeared to her as his younger self, and the pair danced. The popular social media personality went on to speak about recently linking up with Queenie and the genuine love she has for her.

Shericka Jackson Wins RJRGleaner Sportswoman of the Year Award: Rocks Fiery Red Dress

World champion Shericka Jackson secured the win for the 63rd RJRGleaner Sports Foundation National Sportswoman of the Year award at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel on Friday night.

Jackson had a notable track and field season in 2023 which highlighted her hard work and determination in the sport. She copped the gold medal in the 200m event in Budapest, Hungary in the World Athletics Championships. She also secured two silvers in the 100m race and the 4x100m relay with her team.

Another noteworthy accomplishment last year by the Olympian was her victories in the 100m and 200m at the Diamond League.

Celebrating this impressive milestone, Jackson shared on social media, "She's royal ❤️. The RJR sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year Awards." This announcement was accompanied by the elite track star wearing an eye-catching fiery red dress.

Bolt Seemingly "still waiting" on SSL Despite Their Reported $11B Payout

Earlier on in January, Usain Bolt took to social media to speak about a year going by since the Stocks and Securities Limited (SSL) fraud and how he was trying to remain strong. On January 19, 2024, the institution in question revealed that they have initiated a payout starting with the sum of eleven billion dollars to its clients that were fleeced.

However, public opinion is still sceptical and remains in Bolt’s corner as they wonder if the retired athlete has gotten any funds from this payout.

According to SSL, this payout was just the first phase of transferring clients' funds, and the second phase will consist of more of the same. It was stated that $564M was handed over to 165 clients while $10.5B in local financial securities were transferred to different organizations from some 765 client accounts.

The BRSL (Business Recovery Service Limited), who is the current temporary management team for SSL, is overseeing the smooth operations of these phases and has been running things since January 17, 2023, after news of the scandal broke out.

The release by SSL advised that they are, “working assiduously to resolve the remaining issues in the shortest possible time." Bolt has yet to comment personally about the payouts, however, an account known to be associated with him made a telling comment under a post about the payouts. The account name @ateamlifestyle commented, “Bolt still waiting on his 😐.”

At the moment, It's unclear what Bolt's outcome will be, however, it is clear that his fans are impatient about the fastest man alive not getting back his money in full or at least partial via the funds that were transferred.

One Instagram user stated, “We just want Bolt to get his money that’s all we want to know.”

'Chapter 2' Teejay Drops 2nd Song In Clash With Valiant, Plus Calls Out Popcaan and Unruly Squid on Live

Mobay dancehall artiste Teejay went live on Youtube Friday night to promote his EP 'I Am Chppy', however, most of the fans on his live wanted to hear more about the ongoing lyrical feud between himself and Valiant.

Some persons also wanted the deejay to talk about Popcaan and his sister Unruly Squid which Teejay subsequently did.

While Teejay had a lot to say about his upcoming project and having over 7000 unreleased songs, one of the most viral moments was when he called out Popcaan's sister who previously accused him of calling up her brother's name to get promotion for his EP.

After Teejay's live ended, he proceeded to release the much-anticipated diss song for Valiant. 'Chapter 2' was also voiced on another riddim that was featured in the Vybz Kartel vs Mavado war, the 'Redbull & Guinness Riddim'.

Only time will tell if Valiant will also voice a counteraction on the same riddim as his first song in the clash.

'Chapter 2' racked up over 50k views in just 5 hours after its release on Youtube, the hardcore track is expected to dominate the trending chart soon as the two artistes seek to overthrow Jada Kingdom and Stefflon Don as the two most talked about dancehall artistes in January 2024.
