American actor Al Pacino is now on to his fourth child at the age of 83. It was revealed that he and his 29-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, are expecting their first child together. The pregnancy was not planned, according to a report, which also outlined that Pacino was completely surprised by the news.
The pair have been dating for a year, and Noor is currently eight months pregnant. Much like how the baby was kept a secret and perfectly hidden from the public's eye during Noor and Pacino's many outings last month, the sex of the baby is also unknown.

Noor has dated celebrities such as Mick Jagger and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen. As for Pacino's kids, he has his 22-year-old twins Olivia and Anton with actress Beverly D'Angelo and 33-year-old daughter, Julia, with Jan Tarrant.

Other well-known people have given birth to children in their later years, including 73-year-old Richard Gere, who has children ages 2, 4, and 9; Tony Randall, who was 77 when his wife of 26 years gave birth to their first of two children; Larry King, who was 65 when he had his son Chance King and his son Cannon the following year; and Billy Joel, who had his last child at the age of 71.
