Vybz Kartel has been released from prison after almost two and a half months and every day since his release, he has made an appearance on social media or made a post to his IG page or story, not breaking for a day until October 9.
Despite not making any posts on Wednesday, the 48-year-old deejay still managed to grab headlines with news of him being one of the co-writers for Beyonce's 'Run the World (Girls)' hit song.
Thursday morning he began making headlines again after Cardi reminded everyone how much she wants a collaboration with the Gaza Nation deejay.
Returning to social media Thursday morning, the deejay shared a post of himself pointing out that he took the "XOXO" phrase from the Gossip Girls show for the intro of his 'Fever' song.
His previous post on October 8 was an acknowledgement of his son Likkle Addi taking the number one spot on YouTube trending for music.
