Upon the completion of the Pinnacle residential development project's four 28-story apartment blocks, St. James, Jamaica, will possess the tallest buildings in the Caribbean.
The Pinnacle residential development project, which is spearheaded by LCH Developments, officially broke ground over the weekend in Montego Bay, St. James. In addition to Prime Minister Andrew Holness, the ground-breaking ceremony was also attended by multiple other government officials, including Leader of the Opposition Mark Golding and Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett.
Holness expressed that the Pinnacle project was the beginning of a new level of real estate development for the country. The prime minister further highlighted the significant effect it will have on Jamaica’s brand in the hospitality market.

The Chief Executive Officer of LCH Developments, Yangsen Li, has promised that the Pinnacle residential development will bring no harm to the environment. Minister Bartlett also spoke on Pinnacle's environmental effects, describing the project as a response to the call for developments that consider environmental issues during their planning.
The Pinnacle is being promoted as an exquisite new residential world with beautiful apartments and villas combined with a sophisticated lifestyle. The project's organisers have also been releasing promotional photos and videos to give potential residents a taste of what is to come.

The high-rise apartment building will provide residents with a picturesque view of the sea and feature a private harbour for boats. Residents will also be able to use private tennis courts hedged in by palm trees.
Following the ground-breaking on Saturday, the project is expected to be completed in four years.
