France took a stranglehold on Group E after blitzing Switzerland in Salvador.
First-half goals from Olivier Giroud, Blaise Matuidi and Mathieu Valbuena were added to in the second half by Karim Benzema and Moussa Sissoko.
Blerim Dzemaili and Granit Zhaka scored consolation goals for Switzerland, but they were well beaten at Arena Fonte Nova.
