Jamaican Reggae/Pop Princess, Barbee has done it again by releasing her new club banger, “Whoa”, on Atlanta’s V103 Greg Street’s show during the BET Hip Hop Awards. Newly signed to Empire Digital, Barbee’s fusion of Pop and Reggae works well with the Rock City produced track;. To add to the movement of this song, on Oct. 24, Barbee performed her new single at the 2015 Nigerian Parade, and also at The Cosmo Girls Glam’s “Fashion for a Cause” event; and Barbee had the crowd going crazy with two uplifting performances.
Blessed with many talents; Barbee has been featured in movies such as House Arrest, alongside Stacy Dash and The Game; and just last week, she launched her very own make-up line called “Barbee Collection” at Circle of Sisters, at the world-famous Jacob Javits Center; and fans have been raving about Barbee’s collaboration with Celfie Cosmetics.
Barbee is known for her chart-topping hits, “Love You Anyway”; “Missing You” (feat. Reggae superstar Junior Kelly); “Patty Cake” and “Give It Up”, which are collaborations with Dancehall Legend Beenie Man, as well as a spectacular collaboration with Trina, on the female-empowered anthem, “Come See About Me”.
Barbee is currently working on her EP, releasing new music before the year is up.
