Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz made it five wins in a row after cruising to an easy 3-0 win over Caribbean neighbours Cuba in a friendly international at the Montego Bay Sports Complex on Monday night.
After a tough 2-1 win over Venezuela on Friday at the same venue, the Reggae Boyz quickly opened up a 2-0 in the first four minutes with goals from Romeo Parkes and Daniel Gordon, before tDarren Mattocks made it 3-0 in the 30th minute.
Parkes powered home from a rebound past Cuba’s goalkeeper Alejandro Guerra then Gordon nodded home from close range and Mattocks also scored from a header.
Jamaica created a number of other chances, the best of which was a diving headers by Mattocks early in the second half.
Reggae Boyz in good form... Beats Cuba 3-0
