Tessanne Chin has somewhat confirmed reports that she is having marital issues.

Instead of dismissing the rumours, Tessanne through her official INSTAGRAM page is asking fans to respect her privacy.

This comes after reports that her husband Michael Anthony Cuffe Jr is said to have moved out of their matrimonial home.

The complete message reads “I truly appreciate your love and concern and I’m grateful for your respect of our privacy at this time.”

Tessanne and her broadcaster husband have been married for four years. Details of the so-called split remain hush-hush.

Tessanne Chin on Monday expressed appreciation to persons who have offered their support to her, against the background of reported problems in her marriage.

“I truly appreciate your love and concern and I’m grateful for your respect of our privacy at this time”.

The statement by Chin, posted on Facebook, comes just days after news broke that the songbird and husband, Michael Anthony Cuffe Jr, are having marital problems. Cuffe, who has been married to the singer for four years, has reportedly moved out of the marital home, with speculations brewing that the couple is headed for ‘splitzville’.

Jamaican Singer Tessanne Chin must be feeling some type of way, after recently several photos of her husband Micheal Cuffe Jr surface on social media sites depicting himself in an uncompromising position with a female at the recently concluded UWI Carnival.

In one of the photo he is seen behind the female and pouring water n her, it’s also been alleged that either Michael Anthony Cuffe Jr or Tessanne were caught cheating, hence they are currently going through marital problems and may soon be getting divorce.

He recently moved out f their marital home and is staying friends.

Tessanne"s marriage is over, After just Four Years

Tessanne Chin could be heading for a divorce after just four years of marriage.

The Voice winner and her TV broadcaster husband Michael Cuffe Jr are having marital troubles. The couple would have celebrated their fourth anniversary on Thursday, March 19.

Sources connected to the couple told Urban Islandz that Michael Cuffe suddenly moved out of their marital home and is staying with a friend until he worked out his living situation.

“He is currently staying with one of his best friends and he is pretty depressed right now… Everyone in their circle is concerned,” our sources said.

Sources also told us that there are some cheating allegations but couldn’t confirmed on which side.

“There are some allegations of infidelity but know one really know except the two of them,” our source added.

Since winning The Voice in 2013, Tessanne Chin and her husband have been inseparable with both constantly professing their love for each other on Instagram.

Tessanne Chin has remained silent on the news except for a single post on Instagram.

Tessanne Chin To Drop Debut Album “Count On My Love” on July 1st

Tessanne Chin is putting in the finishing touches on her new album Count On My Love due on July 1. The reggae pop songstress released the cover art for the highly anticipated album via her Instagram page.

Tessanne Chin has already released two singles off the album “Tumbling Down,” and “Everything Reminds Me Of You.”

Last month Chin debut “Everything Reminds Me Of You” on The Voice 2014 season finale.

Tessanne Chin convincingly won The Voice season 5 last year and secured a recording contract and a cash prize of $100,000. She has been busy recording her new album since.

Tessanne Chin is gearing up for a big performance at this year’s Reggae Sumfest.

Count on My Love.

Producers include Jerry ‘Wonda’ Duplessis, Stargate, Shama ‘Sak Pase’ Joseph, Mark ‘Exit’ Goodchild, Shaun Pizzonia aka Sting International; and Dwayne ‘Supa Dups’ Chin-Quee.

Among the songwriters who contributed to the project are Autumn Rowe, Claude Kelly, AC Burrell, Ryan Tedder (of rock band OneRepublic fame), Rock City aka Planet VI, and legendary songwriter Diane Warren.

The first single, Tumbling Down, which was released in the wake of her The Voice win, failed to ignite radio and the charts. The track was written by Tedder.

The second single, Everything Reminds Me of You, was written by songwriting duo of brothers known as Rock City aka Planet VI. The US Virgin Islands natives (Timothy and Theron Thomas) have written songs for the likes of Rihanna (Man Down and Pour it Up), Justin Bieber (Runaway Love), Iyaz (Replay), Sean Kingston (Take You There), Jennifer Hudson (If this Isn’t Love), Miley Cyrus (We Can’t Stop)and R Kelly (Crazy Night) among others.

Chin debuted Everything Reminds Me of You during the Season 6 semi-final round of The Voice with a live performance on Tuesday.

The single was produced by Supa Dups. It was recorded at Inner Circle’s Miami-based Circle House studios.

“It was an honour to work with Tessanne. She is such an amazing talent and humble soul. The experience was magical, and being able to share in it with a fellow Jamaican just made it that much sweeter,” Supa Dups told the Jamaica Observer.

Count on My Love is to be released by Republic Records, a division of Universal Music Group. Works from Damian ‘Jr Gong’ Marley and the Marley-owned Tuff Gong International have been released internationally by Republic Records.

Among the more popular acts on the label’s roster are Lorde, Taylor Swift, Drake, PSY, Ariana Grande and Kelly Rowland.

Jamaica’s Season 5 winner of The Voice, Tessanne Chin, on Tuesday returns to the stage where she topped her contestants last December. Since her December victory Tessanne has been busy with performances in St Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Canada as well as Jamaica. Tessanne Chin Through To Final 3 of #TheVoice

last night On Dec. 10, 2013, The Voice Season 5 (2013) declared its top 3 contestants who will be competing in the finals/ finale of NBC’s reality singing competition show. This season’s competition started in September and had 48 artistes. It’s now in its finals round where only 3 contestants will be competing against each for the top spot. This week(Week 6) of Live Playoffs and Elimination on The Voice show revealed its top 3 contestants who are: Tessanne Chin and Will Champlin from Team Adam and Jacquie Lee from Team Christina.

Cole Vosbury and James Wolpert were eliminated from last nights show.

With just one performance left until a contestant is crowned the winner of The Voice, Chin’s supporters were confident she would advance as they awaited the names of the top three contestants.

Last week Tessanne wowed fans with renditions of Bob Marley’s Redemption Song and Katy Perry’s Unconditionally which saw the songs moving up the iTunes chart.

After a world-class performance of Bridge Over Troubled Waters by Simon and Garfunkel on Monday night, the song rapidly climbed the iTunes chart and settled comfortably in the number one position.

This automatically meant that Tessanne’s votes were multiplied by five this week.

Questioned as to what moving on to the finals would mean to her, Tessanne declared it would be an honour.

“To have come this far is an honour in itself. To move forward would be a way for me to thank you for all your support. It would be a chance to change my life. I love you,” she said.

NBC’s show The Voice Season 5 (2013) will soon be declaring its winner after its top 3 performance episode on Dec. 16. Following which there will be a finale episode on Dec. 17 in which The Voice Season 5 (2013) will crown its winner. The show’s results are purely based on public voting and viewers’ votes mean the most to the contestants.

Up for grabs are a record deal with Universal Music Group and US$100,000 (J$10 million).
