BEIJING BLURB: Weir staying focused.. Jamaica’s athletes having gone through their final preparations, are now awaiting the start of the 2015 IAAF World Championships which gets underway later this evening Jamaica time in Beijing China.

The team is however facing some challenges, with the news that Nesta Carter, has been ruled out of the championships.
